How It All Started

Endurotech Racing started in 2024 as a small group of mates who loved iRacing endurance events. Nobody planned for it to become what it is today. It just did.

A couple of us already knew each other from back home. The rest of the group came together through another endurance team we were all part of, which eventually folded. Rather than walk away from something we all loved, we decided to start our own. So we did.

What happened next surprised all of us. Word got around in the iRacing community that we were a team that took endurance seriously, raced clean, and genuinely had fun doing it. Drivers from New Zealand, Europe, and the Americas started finding their way to us. One conversation at a time, the roster grew.

“We didn’t set out to build a global team. We set out to race long and finish. Everything else came from that.”

Two years in and we’re 30+ members strong, spread across the world, and the best part isn’t the race results though. It’s the people. We’ve made genuine lifelong friendships through this team, and none of us expected that when we clicked register on that first Creventic entry.

More Than Just Racing

What makes EDR different isn’t the race results. It’s the people. We’re a community first and a racing team second. Everyone here chooses to be here, and you feel that difference.

01

Community

Thirty people from across the world who found each other through sim racing and stuck around for the friendships. That’s the real EDR.

02

Teamwork

Endurance racing is a team sport. Strategy, comms, driver rotations: everyone plays their part and trusts each other to do the same.

03

Improvement

We debrief every race. Experienced drivers share what they know with newer members. The goal is always just to be better next time.

04

Clean Racing

We race hard, we race fair, and we race clean. On track and off it. That’s just how we do things.

What EDR Is — and Isn’t

What we are

A team that takes endurance racing seriously, without losing sight of the fact it’s a game. We put real effort into strategy and preparation and hold each other to a high standard on track. When the race is over, we’re just mates who enjoy this stuff together.

A genuinely global team. Our spread across Australia, NZ, Europe, and the Americas means someone is always available for a 24-hour race, and it means we’ve built real friendships across the world.

What we’re not

We’re not a team with a rigid iRating cutoff and a five-stage tryout process. We don’t recruit to fill seats. We look for people who race clean, communicate well, and want to be part of something real.

If you’re the type of person who’d rather help the team finish than risk it all for a personal best lap time, you’ll fit right in.

Join the Team

Driver spots are open for the 2026 season. We’re looking for people who want to be part of a proper team, not just a name on a roster. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

2026 Driver Applications

iRacing D-class road license or above. Clean incident record. Available for Creventic Endurance Series and/or Global Endurance Tour rounds. Most importantly, a good attitude.
