Information for physical Endurotech Racing merchandise purchased through the EDR Store. This page does not apply to EDR Broadcast software subscriptions.

Made-to-order merchandise

Most EDR merchandise is produced after an order is placed. Production begins before the item is shipped, so delivery includes both production time and carrier transit time.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows and shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the delivery address and products in the order. International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and high-volume periods can affect arrival times.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty items

Contact us as soon as practical if an item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or different from what was ordered. Include the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible so the problem can be assessed.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind requests

Because merchandise is made to order, we do not generally offer returns or exchanges where the correct item was supplied and the customer simply changed their mind, selected the wrong size or no longer wants the item. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products.

Before ordering clothing

Review the product description and size guide before ordering. Fit can vary between garment styles, and choosing the correct size remains the customer’s responsibility unless the supplied item does not match the order or description.
