EDR Broadcast support and troubleshooting.
Use this guide when the app will not open, overlays are not visible, iRacing data is missing or a remote production feature needs checking before a race.
App launch
Restart the PC, confirm you installed the latest official beta and try opening EDR Broadcast before starting your broadcast software or iRacing.
Overlay display
Check the overlay is enabled, visible in OBS, vMix or your browser-source compatible production software, and layered above your iRacing capture.
iRacing data
Open an active iRacing session and give the app time to read the session before testing timing graphics.
Plan access
Confirm you are signed into the right account and that your trial or subscription is active.
Remote crew
Check the host PC is online, the room is active and the operator link has not expired.
Before going live
Run a practice session, check every scene and keep a clean fallback scene ready.
